Charged credit card immediately. One week later, STILL waiting for medication to ship. Customer service is non-existent and yes the prescription was approved by our vet right away. NO EXCUSE FOR THE DELAY. NO EXCUSE FOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Read the reviews on all the other pages is my suggestion to everyone. I have dealt with this company for years and WILL BE going elsewhere. They have a habit of misleading and telling people they dont get RX's when indeed they did I actually called the pharmacy there myself and they found them yet the customer service line could not. They tell me that due to their mistake they would overnight the RX but today tell me it wont get here until Wed. This order was put in last week and not at all my fault it was the lack of proficiency and transparency that this company has. Customer service tells you one thing, upper management when expedited tells you something and then yet another issue so Im still waiting 3 business days 5 days if you want to count the weekend for "Tiffany" to call me back. I was told she would call me later the 1st day I called. This is not the first time they lost/misplaced/did not look for an RX that was sent to them They have great pricing but .....

Have been using this company for a couple of years and every time I place an order there is a problem, what is really frustrating is that the owner of this company, probably doesn't have a clue as to how bad the customer service department is, they never bother to let you know if your order is out of stock, they simply cancel the order, but fail to let you know that they cancelled it. I am amazed that this company is still in business.

I have no idea how this company has good reviews. I had nothing but a bad experience from my first order with them which will be my first and last. My dog is 15 years old with glaucoma, and have been back and forth with them for 2 weeks to get my dog's eye drops. These people/ company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs, even if it's a few dollars cheaper. It's not worth it!! Save yourself the time and stress. It's your pets health!!!!

Charged my credit card immediately. However, the prescription was not shipped. Nearly two weeks later, after emailing them, I learn that it was out of stock. Thanks for NOT letting me know! Still waiting. Allivet claimed it has been shipped.

Ordered pet medication, Allivet sent 6 fax notifications to our vet, our vet approved after first notification and called after 4th notification. Called and was told medication was approved and would ship, "stock" medication never shipped and they were happy to cancel the order. It was obvious they priced medication very low and in a package qty no one else offers and then could not fulfill the order. Now not taking hold off of credit card for days.

Worst customer service ever. Do not order prescription med. If you want your prescription filled. They charge your acct. With out sending meds. Customers service is horrible . Had to cancel travel because could not get motion sickness meds for my dog. Went to pet meds and had no problem.

My dog has seizures, without medicine, she will seizure for days. Allivet emailed and told me her medicine was on backorder and they don't know when it'll be in. My dog is old and can possibly die without this and they don't know when they can send it to me? No thanks, moving on to someone who can actually send it on time.
