I appreciate the assistance I received when I called about using a coupon on my order. The customer service person Jeremy was excellent, and polite. As to Allivet, I like the discount for the pet meds which are generally very expensive, as well as the expediency of the handling of my orders.

Ordering was fast and simple. My review will not be complete until the product is delivered. Product was delivered quickly! it was medicine so i thought it would be in my mailbox. So disappointed when it was not there. BUT, Allivet sent a delivery text telling me it had been delivered and it was on my front porch. This was outstanding!!! i rarely use the front porch entrance. i use the garage. The entire experience was amazingly efficient.
