Terrible customer service! I’ve used them for years with no problems, but then, when I had a problem, watch out! Even the manager was absolutely horrible. They do not care about pets at all just the almighty dollar and they speak to you in a very degrading way.

Ordered a heart med from these folks because they were the only online RX I could find that had authorship every 4 weeks. First two shipments were fine, then no drugs. Web site indicated med's had been shipped, after waiting a week I called the help line. They had no record of the shipment, meanwhile my dog is without the drug for 10 days. Don't depend on these folks.

Not a trustworthy company. We had a script for my dog almost 2 years ago, we no longer needed the medication and canceled the order last year. All was well until Allivet called my vet today, told them I requested a refill and proceeded to charge my credit card without my authorization. I had to cancel my card because of Allivet fraudulent activity.

Have a dieing pet and needed med which I order and had ot send in RX which I did. They lost them then found the which took over 5 weeks. Gave them another chance and ordered again mailing n the RX which guess what they lost them again and to this date 5 weeks later no RX posted to my account no med and pet still in need of meds. After over 5 complaint calls and emails someone called me only to say they dont have the RX and must have been lost in the mail. REALLY twice lost bad track record for me.

I mailed in 3 written prescriptions. All 3 were staple together. Only one was add to my account. So where are the other 2 prescriptions. I have called many times & email the company and NO ONE get back to me. Today I called again and got the same story to wait 24 to 48 hours for the pharmacy to correct their error. This has been ago around for over a week. If all 3 R/x were staple together and only one was enter on my account where are the other 2 R/x I ask you?

I ordered a medicine for my horse and was billed immediately. A few weeks later when I did not receive it and was running out of stock, I contacted them. They stated that they did not have the medicine in stock and don't know when they will have it. I cancelled the order and they stated that they will refund me in 2-3 business days. It has been almost two weeks and I never got a refund. I contacted them again and they stated that they will look into it - still never got a refund! They should not bill me for something they do not have and they should refund me as quickly as they charge me! very disappointed in this company and may be out $130.

What a terrible company to deal with. I placed an order the beginning of May at which time they charged me for the shipment. In the beginning of June, I called and the order had not been sent, but expected it to go out around June 6. Nothing! Today, July 20, I received an email about my next Autoship! I haven't even received the first order and they want to bill me for another on July 26th. Cancel my account was my response, never again.

There is always an issue getting the vets prescription. My vet is very good at returning prescriptions, yet they never seem to get them by fax or email. Spoke to Carol, a manager, to find out why they they are claiming that they haven’t been received when I watched my vet send them. Carol doesn’t care though, Carol is too busy doing something else more important because she never called me back. Or they claim to get one and not another. Every time you call there’s someone who can hardly speak English that just repeats and repeats the same thing. And each time it’s a different story and no one is willing to help. It’s just a, well it’s your vets fault and we can’t do anything about it. No Allivet, you just have incompetent workers there.
