Very helpful maintaining prescription meds for our puppy at a reasonable price

Fast shipping of items purchased.

I had a bit of trouble with having to mail a written prescription. Also, they use the same size bottles for all liquid which made it confusing when I thought I’d be getting a bigger bottle for 15mL. But they kindly explained when I emailed that they do use same sized bottles but they make it clear on the label how many mLs are inside.

Good service on prescription refill. Only issue was the free shipping, that took much longer than it should have.

Good prices and usually pretty fast.

Allivet is great except for one aspect which could use a bit of improvement. The auto reorder feature can use improvement. Allivet should allow changes to auto reorder at any time (up to the time of allowing for shipping time) rather than requiring no changes for the 5 days or so currently in place.

Customer service is great. I only have an issue because my medicine doesn’t seem to be cold enough when it arrives.

I think the service has definitely improved over the past year. I still have problems getting through on the phone at times.
