My order is continuously incorrect I haven’t received anything this month

STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND - EIGHT BUSINESS DAYS AND MANY PHONE CALLS - NO REFUND!

Did not follow my delivery instructions.

I had stopped a auto ship once I got an e mail my card was declined on a Monday got another e mail on Wed. I checked my account adams de wormer was on stop for auto ship my card was charged on Thursday I called and asked about this I was told once it comes to send it back for a refund!! Why??? It should have never been sent!!! And I have not received it nor a return shipping label or a refund very very unsatisfied with the customer svc and this whole experience!!!!

This is the worst experience ive ever had with an online company. The supervisor was even worse. RUN dont use them.

I purchased 2 boxes of flea chews for my dogs. They were on sale on the site plus I had 40% off. The total came to about $97. I ordered the meds (money came out of account same day) but they were having issues getting the prescription from my vet. So I decided to mail in the prescriptions. It took about a week and half to 2 weeks(from placing order) for them to ship. The day I received the shipping email, I also noticed that I was charged an extra $23 from the company. Not sure why but I paid the total amount due the day I ordered the meds!

The mail-in prescription was sent almost three weeks ago, but the med still hasn’t been shipped out yet.

After spending $200 for a year's medication, I learned my pup gets a different variation of this medication. A refund/exchange/credit etc was denied but a $15 credit on a new $300 supply of the correct meds was offered. I'm essentially flushing $200 down the toilet, so a 5% discount does not help at all. I will not be using this or any other online pet pharmacy again due to this horrible first time experience of trying to save a little money in these tough times.
