First time ordering with an auto-ship, so I got a good deal. I hope I keep getting good deals! P.S. they like to send texts and emails too😊👍

We would highly recommend anyone to use this home delivery pet prescription service!! Very on point with reminder text/emails. So easy to refill a prescription for our pets, they are the contact person with the vet, not us!! And we've found their prices are very comparable to the vet or big pet stores. Try them, you won't go wrong!

We have 2 dogs, one is already in Allivet autoship, Our second pet was added, but when I setup the autoship for her, it did not allow me to select which pet the autoshiip for being setup for but defaulted to the original pet and the original pet form of the prescription (ie capsule rather than chewable). I had to call customercare to make the corrections. Allivet called and asked for additional information to refer to their IT department to review process flow. Good customer service changed 3 star to 5 star as have very little followup with other vendors.

Hi Lavenia, Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and for taking the time to speak with us. We’re glad we were able to follow up and gather the information needed to review this with our IT team. We appreciate your patience while we worked through the AutoShip setup, and we’re happy our team was able to get everything corrected for you. It means a lot to hear that our follow-up made a difference in your experience. Thank you again for your support.

They were very good with following up regarding my pets prescription and what they needed. Once they received it they kept me updated every step of the way.

Hi Dorothy, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. We understand how it would feel to see a lower price after placing your order. We appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and clarify that the pricing shown online reflects a first-time AutoShip discount, which you did receive when you initially enrolled. Ongoing AutoShip orders receive a recurring discount, which was applied to your recent order. We apologize that this wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Thank you again for your understanding and for being a valued long-time customer

Outstanding experience! Customer care service went very well and they also reached out to my Veterinarian for the new prescription approval. The delivery and entire process only took a few days before I received the new pet medication in the mail. The entire experience was seamless and thorough from start to finish. Will use this Pet Pharmacy for my pets medicines and give them an A++++ for service and careful delivery!

Allivet is a solid choice for anyone looking to streamline their pet's healthcare without the "big box" pharmacy headache. They consistently balance affordability with a user-friendly experience. Why They Stand Out • Intuitive Prescription Management: Their system for coordinating with veterinarians is remarkably smooth. They take the legwork out of script approvals, which is a massive time-saver. • AutoShip Reliability: Unlike some competitors where "set it and forget it" leads to missed doses, Allivet’s recurring shipping is punctual and easy to modify if your pet’s needs change. • Competitive Pricing: They often beat local vet clinic prices on preventative meds (like heartworm and flea/tick treatments) and offer frequent coupon codes for extra savings. The Experience The website is clean and doesn't feel cluttered with unnecessary upsells. Shipping is generally fast, and the packaging is secure—critical for medications that are sensitive to temperature or handling. Pro Tip: If you're a first-time customer, check their homepage banner; they almost always have a significant "first order" discount that stacks well with their AutoShip savings. Overall, if you want a reliable, cost-effective way to keep your pet’s pharmacy cabinet stocked, Allivet is a top-tier contender.
