Allivet’s reps (the last one’s name being Imranie), lied to me during 3 separate phone calls. I’ve rescued a very sick dog who needed a dewormer. I was told on Friday the order had been shipped when, in actuality, the pkg was sitting in the warehouse. I asked for the order to be cancelled in an effort to reorder the same meds but with overnight delivery. Couldn’t do that either I was told. Still no meds & Imranie did nothing to resolve the problem. Wake-up Ujjwal Dhoot, you’re losing business.

The chat wasn’t answered and my issue was not resolved.

They never contacted my Vet for refill. One week later they blamed the vet but since I am the vet I know they did not contact me. They apologized and promised a 24 hour rush delivery. Meds did not arrive for another 4 days. These meds are life threatning seizure meds!!!!!

I’ve tried to order Simpara trio for ovver a month. It has yet to be delivered.

Sent me an offer of 40% off, called in...please hold, please hold, thank you for your patience, please hold...a person can only hold for so long, WE do have things we have to attend to...then I get another email,. OH, this offer is about to expires...I received your email...WHHHHHY is it some companies takes a problem this far...SORRY ABOUT THAT is used soooo much in the day and age, WHY do we have to bring it to a companies attention THEN they fix the problem..???? For the companies we inform of the problems WE have had with them..THEY should be THANKING THE CUSTOMER for bringing it to their attention.....

Great prices but almost 5 days later to get approval on prescription. They would call after hours. Still took 2 business days after approval to ship the pills. My dog was dying of itchiness for 3 days. Sorry I will go back to PetMeds. I’ll pay the extra $15 for prompt delivery.

massive price increase ,almost double. was told to cancel order twice sent it anyway .it had to be sent back and we had to call to get a refund, We will not be ordering again.

Subscribed to autoship for Frontline. Autoshipped at $30. more than I paid first time plus charged for shipping. Would not let me cancel order. Paid $95. for 6 month supply. Same thing...$58. on Amazon.
