Good prices and customer service

I have used Allivet for several years now, and been very pleased with fast service and prices. However very recently I had placed an order, and I didn't do it far enough ahead, and it was delayed (still within their ship estimate). I was used to it coming very quickly and didn't order early enough to account for the holidays. Anyway I called support since I was out of the prescription, and the agent promptly reordered it and had it sent overnight at no charge!!! Unbelievable customer service- especially since it was my own fault. I highly recommend Allivet - you don't get that kind of service just anywhere. JP

Very happy with both the pricing and service. Their customer service staff is always available by phone if you need personal assistance. Very helpful!
