Product came quickly once the prescription part was figured out! I'd definitely recommend calling to talk to someone if your order includes a prescription to make sure that they have it and you're good to go!

An easy to navigate site. I marked them down a bit because they didn't have one product I actually wanted or the dosage of the other one that I needed (that dosage is out of stock or on back order everywhere, however). I was not aware of the protection guarantee when purchasing, but it is a positive point.

Great price but always use discount search price or you will get charge full price. Reorders sent out automaticly also os full price with 5% off

I mistakenly ordered something that they kindly let me return (and ordered the correct item instead.) It was very pricey (though much less than on competitor's websites) so I appreciated that they allowed me to return the unused item. There was an issue with the credit but they corrected it. Good customer service and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.
