My medication never shipped on time. It would be multiple days past the autoship date and no updates, no shipment, nothing. This happened on multiple occasions. I finally just cancelled my prescriptions and took them to Chewy.com. I have had no issues with my prescription since that point.

I Ordered allergy meds for my dog. Took two weeks and three phone calls for them to ship. They did send an email thanking me for my order. This is no way to get return customers. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! As of today I still don’t have meds,

Cheap prices but not worth the price of the horrible customer service. It should not take 3 days to fill a prescription for Heartgard. My vet replied to the email that they provide and after two phone calls they claim they did not get it. A verbal authorization was put through and still after almost 24 hours still no approval showing in my account. You should be able to as a consumer CANCEL your own order. I've never seen a company where the consumer cannot cancel its own order. Finally, on day 3 of still no approved RX, I had to get on chat to cancel my order. I will be going back to the trusted provider I always use. Worth the extra bucks!

This company needs to be put out of business. I placed an order with them 3 or 4 months ago, I received it without any problems and never heard from them again until a few days ago when I got an email stating that my next auto-ship would be sent out in a few days. I didn't want another auto-ship so I tried to remove that option from their website - but YOU CAN'T you can't delete it, alter it, take out your credit card etc they just own you. I tried to call,no answer. I got an email stating that my credit card was expired and I was delighted, I figured they couldn't sent it without the bank info, but no..not these shysters! They called Visa and got my current credit card # (My bank told me that when I called them). I got an email that my $212 shipment was on it's way. I emailed them and told them to cancel it and not to send me anything else. I emailed the California Atty General but I don't think they will do anything. An hour later I got an email that I can keep the drugs and they will refund me the $212. I'll believe it when I see it! These people are crooks they need to be put out of business and given the games they played I'm almost afraid to give my dogs the drugs they are sending -who knows what I'm really getting!

Any Positive review is a fake and from a company member, family or friend! This place has horrible customer service, fail to fallow through, stay in contact and move things forward in a timely matter. the customer must chase them down every time they drop the ball with any delay or problem. then there is the issued of double billing. Prices are good but headaches are NOT WORTH the trouble and YOUR PET will NOT GET the care THEY deserve! They are polite on the phone however they are just incompetent, could be crooks, and dangerous for pets.

I spend over $100 a month on my dogs medicine from this place and noticed an unusual charge on my bank account ( not the typical charge I usually pay) so I decided to look up all of my charges from Allivet on my bank account. They charged me twice in one month and when I called to let them know, they refused to do anything about it because it was over 30 days ago. If you use this company, make sure you check your bank account because I’m sure I am not the only one this has happened to. After spending thousands of dollars with a company, I would expect better customer service. Not to mention, the last 3 months, my shipments were late and my dog had to suffer through his allergies for days before getting relief. I will never use this company again.

I plainly told my veterinarian I needed a one-year prescription. You only filled my prescription for six months. I filled out an email and mailed it to y’all saying to contact my veterinary to get me the other six month prescription. I have not heard from you yet. I need a one-year prescription of the heartworm medicine the dogs had the heartworm test. I don’t need to go back to the vet for another year for rabies. Thank you.

What went wrong THIS time you ask???You are not a pharmacy who cares about the medications you deliver. You do not ensure that the medication will be acceptable to use. You do not account for hot temperatures that destroy the medication. You expect me to use it on my animals. You have horrible service.
