Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve been happy with our pricing, but we’re sorry the AutoShip cancellation process felt frustrating. The cancel AutoShip button is located at the bottom of the AutoShip product page. After selecting cancel, there is a prompt asking for the reason for cancellation, and once completed, the AutoShip is canceled. It can take about 10 minutes for the update to reflect on the website, which may have made it seem like the cancellation didn’t go through right away. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback helps us improve the experience moving forward.
