Ordering off Allivet is convenient and easy. Shipping is always on time and usually FREE. With my pets standard meds Allivet cheaper than going through my vet. In fact, this was one site my trusted vet recommended since some of her meds are so expensive. I will definitely continue using this site.

Site works well. Prices aren't really that much better than the vet... and then you have to wait for shipping instead of getting same day from vet. But good if you want to save a few $... I do recommend site to people.

Impressed with the User Interface - order page, about us, contact Vet for Rx and checkout are easy to read.

I ordered prescription and non-prescription items (flea control) for my cats. I have not received the order yet but was very pleased with the selection and ease of finding coupons to use on this site. Prices are low already! My only complaint is that on three occasions, as I was browsing the site and adding/subtracting items from my cart, the site would "drop" a product I had in my cart. The last time, it showed two completely different products in my cart, therefore emptying MY selections. Wierd glitch. Fix this and your site is number 1 in my book!

Website rather confusing. Took a long time to navigate. My dog breed is not listed - English Cocker Spaniel.

I love everything about Allivet. I love the convenience because they actually coordinate with my vet for me. I could not believe how much my vet was increasing the price on medications that HAD to have scripts, such as Apoquel. It is actually maddening, but what can you do? The only negative thing about Allivet is that I cannot get the coupon codes found online to work. I always have an issue with them which is extremely frustrating. Luckily Allivet customer service is pretty good and reimburses it if you let them know.

The website is a little busy and sort of confusing to navigate. Otherwise, I was able to get my order accomplished and am now waiting for Allivet to call my vet for the prescription they need to fill the medication ordered. If that goes well, I'm hooked; prices are amazing.
