I have used Allivet for a while now, you can almost never get customer service on the phone, and the website doesn't always function properly. It takes time for them to acknowledge receipt of prescriptions I usually have to call, but the pricing is fairly good.

You can't beat Allivet on prices; I would estimate that I save between 30% to 75% on my pet's prescriptions compared to a chain store pharmacy or my vet's office. However, the customer service associates have not been very helpful and the order processing takes about 1.5 weeks from start to finish. My pills always get here in time, but I'm always biting my fingernails! It seems that more efficient and streamlined procedures could be implemented to make the experience of purchasing life-saving pet pharmaceuticals easier on everyone involved.

I spent almost 600 dollars and ask if they had the rebates for the one pill for 3 dogs that i ordered for and they said no i had to contact the maker or my vet. My vet saidthey should have given me the rebates but they didn't. Won't order again

Great service and timely shipping however about 20 percent of the tablets are broken or crushed. I don't believe it is your fault but maybe the packaging from your supplier could be better.

Allivet is better than nothing at all. In the beginning, my 9 pound Havanese did very well. It was like a miracle drug. No more scratching herself raw and ripping her hair out. Now, she scratches quite a bit and the price of the drug is soon to be out of my reach. Sad.

I have ordered product before without an issue. This time USPS took 13 days in what was estimated to be a 5-7 day delivery window. Happy with product..... not happy with delayed delivery.

I checked on the status of the order, and it said there was a delay, and that the date that it was to be delivered had been changed, so I am still waiting for the order. Hoping it should be here in the next two or three days. Have not had the same problem with the last several orders. Good thing that I still have meds for the little guy.
