Fast reliable service that I can depend on.

I switched because their prices were better then where I was getting my dogs medicine, they were very compassionate when I recently had to cancel my auto ship due to my dogs passing.

Allivet has always come through for me when I needed a change to my autoship order for either of my dogs. Meds ship quickly and are received on a timely basis. I appreciate the great customer service and competitive pricing. Thank you.

Great costumer service. Very responsive. I like that they let you know when there's a problem with your repeated delivery. Shipping was fast.

I had not updated my pet information and my order was attached to my deceased cat. Emersia V. patiently updated my information while saving my first time auto ship discount for my new pet. Emersia V. and Allivet made my day! I have not used Allivet for a long time and am happy to be using them again. My only issue was logging into their website. I repeatedly received a "wrong password" when trying to log in. I cleared my cache and tried again. When I switched to Safari, I was able to log in. Apparently there is an issue with their web site and other browsers.

We have 13 dogs and 5 cats, and are longtime animal rescuers. We needed Gabapentin for our 14 1/2 year old English Springer Spaniel, who has bone on bone in her back right knee. We normally order everything from Chewy, which we love Chewy, but they only had the compounded Gabapentin, which our veterinarian of 15 years does not like compounded medications, besides the fact Chewy did not have the 100mg we needed. I did a search and found Allivet, and they were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to questions we had. She was also given Meloxicam, which we also ordered from Allivet, however she had a serious reaction to it and we thought we were going to lose her. Fortunately, after a couple of days, the Meloxicam wore off, and she is now doing very well. When we thought we were going to lose her, Allivet sent us very nice emails offering condolences, however, when I told them she was doing well, they were very happy and we are now waiting on our second shipment. I do think the shipping costs are a bit high, they were more than the medication, but I understand fuel prices are high right now, but the whole order was only $9.95. We will continue to use Allivet for our pet's medication needs as we have mostly senior dogs. I would very highly recommend them. Again, nothing against Chewy, but for medications, Allivet is definitely the best!

Attentive service and great selection.

Allivet was amazing for our dog Nicki's auto ship of meds for his heart congestion. It was a relief to know that his meds would arrive on time and at the exact dosage his vet recommended; that made it so easy to have his pills on hand without having to drive anywhere or have a delay of any kind. Our wonderful Nicki passed away the day his order arrived. I reached out to customer service to see if I could return the meds since they hadn't even been opened yet and was told no, prescription meds couldn't be returned - which I understood completely. I was going to just donate the meds and forget the cost, of course, even though they were higher priced. At this point, I was too upset to worry about the cost. However, without me even asking, Allivet said while they couldn't take a return on the meds, they were refunding me. I was shocked. The company and staff were so kind sending sympathy emails and genuinely caring. A business with heart is rarer these days. I would definitely use them again.
