I first ordered my dogs meds through pricing I found on Google. The prices for vetmedin, vetoryl and enalapril were considerably cheaper than other online pet pharmacies. Allivet offers what they say is an additional 5% discount if you sign up for autoship which I did since my pet needs these meds daily. Even AFTER the 5% Autoship discount the meds were approximately 5% MORE than what I ordered from the google prices. I think that other consumers should be aware of this. Allivet will honor the lower google price on their autoship after I questioned them about it BUT they wanted me to take a photo of the Google pricing and send it to them. Really? WHy would they make a customer hassle with this? They have a record of my previous receipts with the lower pricing. It doesn't make sense to me and I find the autoship practice a bit deceiving. Other than this I would have given Allivet 5 stars. They eventually honored the lower google pricing. I do like ordering my pets meds through Allivet. Unlike other online pharmacies, they have been prompt to answer my calls and once they have the RX they are quick to get the orders out. I also like their free shipping policy.

The store gives me problems all the time because for some unknown reason the customer services does not keep their customers up to date with problems on their accounts.

A little disappointed because shipment was delayed and it took sometime to reach destination.

Product is good and price was less than most. Did cancel autoship as they were to send once a month and sent two shipments about 1 week apart and of course billed me twice.

Sent script on their auto program , but this was not my preference, please discontinue auto in the future. Thanks Ron

It was great until I noticed that while filling out my dog's information, one of the prescriptions increased in price by $7 with no notice. It feels sneaky.

Although the prices are great, I placed an order mid afternoon, then called to verify shipping date. I was told the items wouldn't be shipped until the next day, and would not be delivered (2 day business) until Monday, because you only use UPS, not USPS who delivers on Saturday. Very disappointed that the items could not be shipped as soon as ordered.
