Placed an order 02/08....as of this writing on 02/15 have still not received product that was ordered for a dying pet!!! Both times called waited first 28min, 2nd time 34 min. The CR could not tell me if it was shipped FedEx or USPS but gave me a tracking number with the remark "you will be getting the product soon"

Absolutely terrible service and shipping is horrible! It was 8 days and my order still never shipped and I had contacted them twice and was told there’s a computer issue each time and they couldn’t even tell me when it would be shipped! It was a medication my dog takes daily and because he didn’t have it other issues occurred with biting paws and getting a bacterial infection!!! Do not order from this company! Totally unreliable!!!

My order took forever. Customer service manager sucked! The customer service rep I spoke with was more professional and helped me more. Customer service manager argued and debated delivery time which was clearly stated when I purchased my dogs items. This was medicine and supplies he needed! Would not recommend if you need your pets items in a timely manner! Medicine was supposed to arrive in 3 days thanks to it not arriving I was told that they didn't know what the delivery issue was after a week of trying to get my dogs meds they re ordered it and shipped it. First time ordering from them absolute nightmare!

I have used Allivet for a couple of years and have constantly fought with them to fill prescriptions. They say they have to verify each month before shipping, even though they have the prescription on file good for 12 bottles, and ok, if that’s the rules, but almost EVERY MONTH Allivet says it’s delayed because they couldn’t verify; either the vet doesn’t get back to them, or the vet office doesn’t know that vet, or my dog is not their patient - and when I call the vet, they have had no communication from Allivet. I thought I was stuck with this mess because the medicine is about $50 a month cheaper thru Allivet than my local pharmacy UNTIL I found out another online pet pharmacy has the same prices as Allivet. I’ve just switched the prescriptions over to a company that says they use a portal system for verification and they know my vet. We’ll see how they do.

They don't have an email address that works. They did not contact my vet for the Rx. My dog is out of his heart med. and I now have to go back to the vet to get it. This was the first time I ordered and it's the last. I want a refund but doubt I will ever get it. I reported them to BBB.

I have been trying to get an order for more than three weeks. The first one "shipped", but the tracking never updated beyond "label created". When I reached out, Allivet said they would ship a replacement with 2 day shipping. That was five days ago - and my NEW order is still saying "label created" on the tracking link. The customer service is slow to respond, and generic in their replies. Oh, and the "cancel" button for autoship orders conveniently doesn't work - I had to wait for customer service to cancel it for me. I expect I'll find myself charged again anyway. This used to be a reliable website for online medications. I will no longer use them.

I was sent the wrong medication. They initially told me that I would just have to repurchase the correct medication, but then finally agreed to send a return label. They never sent the return label and now insist that they never agreed to do that, even though I saved the voicemail. They are now offering a $50 discount on a future order, even though they ripped me off for hundreds of dollars. Obviously, I can not use the discount, as I will never order from them again. This is a scam company. They will take your money and give nothing in return.

I have a goat doe with cystic ovaries that I finally got an online vet to write a prescription and I opened an account with Allivet and made the order. After 5 days of not receiving the medicine I called. The woman who answered said she would have to speak with her supervisor. When she came back she said the prescription was ready to be sent out and I would receive it within a couple of days. 5 days later I received an email saying they were out of the medicines and they would have it in in 4 to 5 business days. Five days later I received the same email. Now, any company can be out of what's ordered but they lied about it and didn't give me the opportunity to make other arrangements so that my doe could be treated. Now, what's it going to be, a new email every 5 days saying they would have what was ordered will be in in 4-5 days? Unfortunately I have to buy my feed from Tractor Supplies but anything else will come from Amazon.
