The shipping is horrible! It takes so long to get my order. I have never had to wait so long from a place I ordered before.

The Allivet website isn't user friendly at all. I always need to call customer service regarding auto order and/or canceling an order. What shows in the customer service website and what shows in the customer side of the website are 2 different things. No email reminders are sent prior to order shipped. At times I've called in changes to my auto order or canceled shipment. But changes not done and order still sent.

Everything was fine when ordering. It's the delivery that's horrible. I live 400 miles away and the ordered item took 6 days in transit to get to me. That's totally unacceptable. Allivet needs to upgrade their delivery service!

I ordered cerenia for my kitty, who takes it daily or every other day. When I didn't receive shipping notification, I called and was told that it was out of stock and they weren't sure when I would get it, but I could call back in a couple days and if it still wasn't in stock, I could then cancel my order. I would have purchased from another site if I would have known that was the case. I received my purchase slightly delayed.

Had difficulty with checking out when typing in the code for I am not a robot; system kept saying invalid code repeatedly ; you almost lost the sale because checkout was so cumbersome, otherwise pricing was great.

Shipping is insane!! its about 30% of my total cost. which I think is unacceptable for two throw away ice packs

I order Vetoryl on a monthly basis as my dog has Cushing's Disease. Due to shipping delays, this last order took a very long time to ship -- I selected free shipping and it arrived at the 10-day mark. The site does specify 5-10 days for free shipping but previous orders always arrived within 5 days (I live in Texas and the order ships from Florida). The timing on this recent order caused my pet to miss his meds a few days. Next time, I will ensure I order even earlier so this doesn't happen again.

My dogs prescription wasn't filled in a timely manner. I paid the extra for shipping and it was not shipped earlier due to delay in filling it. So that was a wasted $30.00+.
