Allivet went above and beyond getting my Simparica Trio to me despite multiple issues with our veterinarian office (not Allivet’s fault). They were awesome in their communications with me, updating me in the status regularly. They also shipped it with two-day shipping at no additional cost to me due to the frustrations and delay from my vet’s office. I highly recommend Allivet!

We had a small issue with my order in the beginning. Excellent customer service. Went over and above to help get it back on track. Glad I am now using them.

DC from Allivet made my day! I have been shopping for a Rx for my dogs and the price kept changing. I called, talked to a rep and was told that was the best that they could do. I spent a few more minutes and called back - DC is the man. He listened and then worked with me. Thank you so much DC, and thank you Allivet for hiring people that make you feel like they care.

Thank you, Allivet, for rectifying my experience. It's good to know that you are truly a reputable company.
Response from AllivetJun 16, 2026
Hi Lori, We’re very sorry for the stress this has caused. After reviewing the order, we found that the shipping address entered at checkout contained an incorrect street number, which unfortunately prevented the package from being delivered to you. We understand how disappointing this was, and we're sorry for the experience that followed when you reached out for assistance. Thank you for taking the time to speak with us. We appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns directly and work towards a resolution. We’re grateful for the chance to make things right.

Had great customer service when I had a problem and, compared to elsewhere, have found better prices on some very expensive dog and horse products.
