While I've gotten my dog's heartworm preventative here for a while now, I just went directly to the site, where the normal 12-month supply was advertised as a "best price" of $74. I knew that the last time I ordered, the total was $68, so I went to google to find a better price. Wouldn't you know it, Allivet came up as one of the top "shopping" results for google and it was only $64.75 for the exact same box! I clicked on the link, went to the Allivet site (where I still was signed in), and then purchased the box for the lower price, plus I used a $3 coupon code. While I ended up getting a decent deal, this made me lose trust in the company. I would think that the website would prefer to have direct customers versus paying google fees. This was just disappointing that the prices advertised were so vastly different.

**Update: I complained in a FB message, and they called me back and gave me a $20 coupon**. I was okay with Allivet until they delayed processing my order for 2 days. They called me after 2 days and said they had lost my credit card information! I had spoken to customer service today before they had verified my order it had been processed so I don't understand what they were talking about. I expressed my disappointment and asked the girl to talk to her supervisor to get me expedited shipping because my dog needed her meds. Of course she put me on hold for almost 10 minutes, and then came back and said that she could not give me expedited shipping, but they would credit me $6.95 for the standard shipping. I said that's great that I get money back, but I would rather spend the $7 and you add the $7 you were willing to refund me, and that would cover the two day shipping. She told me that was impossible there was no way she could do it she wouldn't ask your supervisor again and she was very unaccommodating and not at all friendly. I told you that my brother was a vet and that he would stop referring people and that she had just lost several customers and she was completely silent every time I would voice a complaint. She never apologized, there was just lots of dead air.. I'm going to find another supplier for my pet meds.

I ordered my pup's prescription in what I thought was enough time to receive it before I ran out but it did not arrive on the date promised. I know that it was only one day late but I didn't even receive any notice of the delay. Instead, I had to contact customer service myself

I like being able to have meds delivered but the auto pay never seemed to work so there was a gap between refills.

Easy to use but the price keeps going up for the same prescription. My second order increased from $116.30 to $132.78. My third order is now $142.78. That’s a 23% increase in price just since January 2018.

The first order was shipped much later even though I chose expedited shipping. Anyway, we ordered the medication for our dog (Vetmedin) from here as it very reasonably priced and cheaper than the animal hospital pharmacy at that time. I just ordered a refill of the same medication and the price was jacked up by more than 30% ($87 to $130). First time ordering medication for a pet, so maybe this is how it goes but I can't help but feeling a little ripped off.

The products are delivered fast. The only problem is the price going up.
