I found Allivet on line by accident. Alot of other places did not have what I wanted. I found the product for my daughter and had it shipped to her. She had moved and her old address was listed on pay pal. I notified their support group about the issue and asked if the package was returned to please forward it to her new place. They sent a new order to her and didnt charge me a dime. I will continue doing business with Allivet..

I realized when I was getting ready to go on vacation that I didn't have enough prescription medication for my dog. It was too late to order it for my home so I had Allivet send it to the address where I was staying. I didn't realize the house I was staying didn't have a mail box so the post office sent it back to Allivet. I called Allivet to let them know what happened and they sent me a new order and expedited shipping so I received the medication the following day. I call that dedication to the cause! Thank you Allivet!
