Prices going up.

Allivet website was confusing to me to navigate. I have used Allivet because they will send my order via US post office. This is an institution that we need to support. How you spend your dollars matters. Also, a private carrier would be delivering my bottle of 4 pills (for my cats) an extra 6 smog-generating miles just to get it to my house. Convenient, perhaps but not efficient. Thank you Allivet for using US Mail ! :o))

I was very impressed with the selection and prices. However, I had a lot of difficulty checking out. I believe that now I have an account and all my information is there that next time it will be much easier

because they get u to order based on a promotional price. then when u keep reordering, they will not allow u to get a new promo price b.c i suppose u are an "existing customer." so it is just a ploy to get your business.

I like that the site requires little effort to get my pet meds in time, however it is frustrating when the price increases almost every time I go to buy the meds (about every 6 weeks). Customer service has been able to help me after some back and forth. I'll continue to use the site.

Allivet is easy to work with. However, twice now, I’ve had to call to “validate” my order. The first time, I *guess* I understand because my shipping address was different than my billing address (though I still find it weird because how often do people buy things for others?). But the second time, I had updated my billing address, so both addresses match. Both times, it was easily cleared up, but still defeated the purpose of “auto ship.”

Happy with ease of ordering, but unhappy with prescription med price increase after 1st order..

We have had better service in the past. We re-ordered syringes for our diabetic cat and the size delivered was the wrong size.
