Medication Order
I use a different company to order my cats medication. The company I use did not have my medication in stock, so naturally I had to go a different route. I ordered the medication from Allivet with enough time to receive it in the mail before I ran out of the old one. Two days after the order I called my vet to verify they were in contact with Allivet and when I realized they had not heard from them I had to contact Allivet to ask why they had not contacted my vet. They informed me that they had sent a fax and not heard back from them. I come to find out they had looked up and used a fax number that was not in use, by this time I was on almost 4 days since my order. They informed me they would fix it and did, but in the end needed to make sure I followed up and had to pay extra for overnight because they had taken too long. They did not offer to cover my overnight shipping and my cat missed one dosage because of their mistake. I was not satisfied with this company and do not plan on ever using them again.
