I have been using the company for several years. I have always had a great experience with it. This time it said free shipping on my order but then charged me shipping charges. I did not know how to correct it.

I found excellent prices for two expensive equine meds. Shopping in the website was clunky, and site would not accept my email address, so had to you one rarely used. Promo code input not accept, no reason given. I stayed with it because prices very competitive.

i was sum what disappointed this time when I placed my order. My vet has sent in a prescription for 6 months to you. Now you are stating that you need to contact my vet once again. This is a bother to them and adds extra time to the order.

They always have my items in stock. I would use them for all my pet needs if they subscribed to Rakuten
