The address the recording states to mail your pets prescription is wrong. Super annoying since I paid for 2 day shipping.

While I appreciate the low prices on pet prescriptions (the best I've seen), I've had a number of communication issues between my vet's office and Allivet, resulting in a delay in dispensing my order.

I would give 5 stars, but I asked for auto ship on my last order. When it didn’t arrive when it should, I called only to be told that Allivet was missing certain info to schedule the auto ship (without contacting me to get it), this from an unknown person who apparently knew nothing and didn’t document the encounter. So my medicine arrived late and my dog missed a couple doses as a result. Prior to this, my experience with Allivet was excellent, and I’ll be checking in about 3 weeks to see if this auto ship arrives when it should.

Orders generally ship out following business day however it can be timely to get an email response regarding status.

I order my dogs Rx every month. If I try to set up auto ship I get 5% off but they jack up the price higher than when I don't auto ship.

Web suite challenging to use. Did not like it that I had to put something in the cart to know the price! Their prices are higher than I usually pay but the $10 off made them competitive.

I am wondering why the price of this medication has increased so dramatically?
