Good product. Ease of ordering.

I have been using Allivet for about 3 years or more and have been very pleased. The prices, courteous and efficient service are meaningful to me. I do not hesitate to call them with new needs in addition to the recurring meds that my dogs need.

Allivet has provided medication for my dog for years and when she passed they refunded my money and told me to donate the medication to someone who could not afford.

It is always easy to order by dog's (Finn) medicine. The customer service representatives are always kind, caring, and helpful. My orders arrive very promptly. I refer all my friends to Alivet.

We have found Allivet to offer competitive pricing and an easy-to-use order platform. There was only one occasion where an item we have on an auto-ship program was on backorder from their supplier. Note, that this was during the Covid pandemic. Other than the 1 occasion, we have always received our auto-ship items within less than a week.
