Delivery weren’t as smooth as always but there was one hitch where my order was incomplete but upon making a phone call found out it was simply a supply issue that they can’t get what I need at the moment but they were very helpful and they are refunding my account so all is well that’s why four stars and not five.

I like Allivet a lot and have used them for some time. I have only one recommendation, I want to be able to cancel orders that I no longer need or have updated. As of now you can only "suspend" a recurring order. That part of the website is not user friendly.

I have been happy with my orders - my only complaint is that the product takes somewhat long to arrive. I don't want to have to resort to ordering through Amazon, so it would be good if your free shipping could be more prompt.

Allivet is the cheapest place I could get my med for my chuauha. This medication is still way to expensive at $340 a year, but when it's a matter of life or death for her, what do I do. To order the med was fairly simple and shipped without an issue on my end. As for now I will continue to purchase from Allivet.

We're happy with them. Only issue I've had is one time I had to follow up several times when there was a disconnect in the prescription procurement process with my vet which resulted in a one week delay of receiving our Bravecto.

I would have preferred to upload a .pdf copy of my prescription rather than mail it in.

The site was easy to find products I wanted. I will review the items when I receive and use.
