The pocketbooks are lovely
The pocketbooks are lovely. I want to exchange one for the bigger version. I emailed them, have not heard back yet. I do wish they shipped the items out in nice boxes. Mine were folded and stuffed into a bag and taped up like crazy.

Love this bag and accessories
Product just as described, i love it! Beautiful bag, soft leather and seems well made. I knew I would be receiving the bag, wallet and scarf bit i forgot the neverfull bag also had an extra pouch included in the bag. Very happy with my purchase. The only drawback would be the shipping. The way the bag was folded for shipping put awkward kinks in the shoulder straps. I was able to finally get those out but I don't think a bag needs to be folded tightly for shipping.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! We’re so glad you’re loving the bag, wallet, scarf — and the bonus pouch! 😊 Totally hear you on the shipping and the strap kinks — we really appreciate you pointing that out and we’ll definitely pass it along to our team. So happy you were able to smooth them out, and we’re thrilled you’re happy with your purchase overall!

I was very pleased with overall
The item matched the description exactly and seems solid in quality. The only drawback was the shipping time, which arrived later than I expected. Communication about the status was adequate, and the item arrived in good condition. I’d consider buying from this seller again, and I’d recommend checking shipping options if speed is important. Overall, a positive experience.

Thanks again for your support!
