I was very skeptical due to not seeing one in person and the pics can always look good, but I'm blown away at the quality and detail and then comparison of the prices from brand to rep is definitely a game changer...worth the wait and every dollar and then some

I bought the Delightful purse
I bought the Delightful purse. Not as pictured. It’s huge! And I will never use it. So disappointed after waiting so long to receive it. Seems extremely hard to return, and I don’t have time to deal with it! But I have to say, the communication while waiting for delivery was great!
Response from AlleyaccessoriesNov 3, 2025
We’re really sorry to hear the Delightful purse wasn’t what you expected. We appreciate you mentioning the good communication during delivery, and we’d still love a chance to help make things right. If you change your mind and want to chat about a return or exchange, feel free to reach out anytime.
