Thank you so much for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear you love the bag! Just to clarify, the item you purchased was part of our big bag promotion, which includes the bag only at a special price. The wallet and scarf are part of select bundle offers, not this particular deal — and this was also mentioned in the support email we sent. We totally understand how that could be confusing, though, and we appreciate you pointing it out! Thanks again for your support, and we hope you enjoy your bag! 👜✨

Oh no — we’re really sorry about that! We’re so happy you love the bag, wallet, and scarves, but we totally understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged box! We’d be more than happy to look into a refund for the box. Thanks so much for letting us know, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to make it right! 💛
