So far I ordered 2 bags on different dates, both arrived in no doubt! They are nice and quality is great! Price is affordable so I am very happy with Alleyaccessory!

The order took forever to be delivered and the quality was so bad, I was ashamed to give it as a gift. I will NEVER buy from here again. ORDER # W77894 And of course the company will say that I did not order from this company. I have several emails from Lisa at Alley I would be more than happy to email my proof of purchase and do not appreciate them calling me a liar,

Hi Jo Ann! We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, but after checking, we couldn’t find any order under your info. It’s possible the purchase was made through a different website. If you could provide your order number, we’d be happy to double-check and help out. If it turns out the order wasn’t placed with us, we’d really appreciate it if you could remove the review to help keep things accurate. Thanks so much for understanding!

We just wanted to clear things up — it looks like your order was actually placed with Nordstrom R (Rack and M&M), not Alley Accessory. We’ve double-checked our system and couldn’t find any orders linked to your account. Since your order was with a different store, we kindly ask you to verify the store details and contact the correct customer service team for assistance.
