The company is on me checking in for things to move forward. I’ve talked with a few different people on this team. Gabriella Martinez was great to work with. Really polite and friendly person who helped me feel more at ease with walking me through step by step. On getting my case to move forward.Gabriella and her team were professional and really helpful.

Mrs. Smith was concerned about my well-being my financial and he tried hard to get me to understand how they can help to make this like a one stop shop without interest. He were very helpful on all the questions that I have any question that he could not answer. He make sure that I know who I need to talk to, so I can talk and give my concern. He made sure that he give me his information so I can call him and not 1000 other people, and knowing that I’ll be taken care of.thanks Ms Smith

UPDATE: someone callled me as soon as I posted this review. Amazing. I was unable to speak with her at the moment but made arrangements to call her this morning (Monday 14 September) to discuss what is going on. Per her request, I emailed an hour or so before the scheduled time to ensure she would be available. Of course, I got no response and got a voicemail when I called. Found out today that our mortgage has been flagged so now it looks like we are going to lose our home!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEONE LOCAL WHO CAN REALLY HELP YOU DAVE WHAT YOU HAVE WORKED SO HARD FOR. OBVIOUSLY THIS COMPANY INLY CARES WHEN THEY GET YOUR MONEY ANS WHEN YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. Imagine that!!!’ ********************************************************* They start out great being quite responsive in the beginning but once they get their $40,000+ out of you, they disappear. We have not heard from our case manager since April and I have tried several times to reach him by email and by phone. They promised us that this would be resolved within six months and it’s been well over a year now! We are still getting letters from the IRS and I’ve now been told we’ve been reported to the state department. I have uploaded all of the documents reported an address change, and I’ve heard nothing from our company at all. I tried to call several times and it always tells me they’re too busy and to call back later. This company is absolute BS. Do not trust anything they say they’re worse than Optima Tax!!!!

Excellent experience with AlleviateTax. All persons with whom I spoke were very kind and professional. Dameon Brunell stands out to me as very kind, very informative, very knowledgeable and very professional. He helped me tremendously and I recommend them highley.

I would give these people 0 stars if I could. First off. I ran into some issues with my tax returns from the past several years. Overwhelmed, I reached out to Alleviate. Had to pay the $500 down payment to review the case. A week later, the sales guy called me with his "findings" and how they're going to approach. Of course, the fee wasn't discussed yet. They seemed promising. Finally agreed to a fee of $7500 on top of the $500 non-refundable deposit. They helped me finance this amount with another scam company, Simple something or other. This finance company takes out more money than agreed upon. Really terrible. For a year now, I've been dealing with Alleviate. They prepared my returns but have ignored one of my W2's that I've uploaded to them. Been trying to call, email, etc and very little response in getting this fixed. Yet, I get an automated text every couple weeks to sign my returns... No, not signing, they still have not fixed my return with the W2 info. Been trying to call, no answer from anyone except sales. Been emailing, been replying to their texts, and nothing. When you get hold of someone, their English is so poor, wish I paid more attention is Spanish class. Moral of the story, find someone else.

My experience with Alleviate Tax started good, communication was ongoing until I had questions about them wanting to place me back on an installment plan with the IRS, with a bigger monthly payment from what I was already paying them! To add to the problem, my IRS account shows that the penalties and interest is still accruing, to which this company said would stop in this process. Yet they faithfully deduct funds biweekly from my bank account. It has been a month without any communication, simply because I questioned the direction they were going in! I have a right to question the plan. If I was able to pay the IRS a bigger monthly payment, I didn't need their assistance to do that. Also, I never received the info to create an account on their website, so I can't log in to anything to see what's going on. Now no one is returning my calls nor have any calls been initiated on their side. It's always a different person you talk to, when you do have communication as well. Everything was OK until I had questions! They obviously want you to just agree to what they're doing without you having any reservation, and follow along with whatever. They don't welcome your input, just pay them and shut up, I guess. Taking advantage of people looking for help!

I spoke with Jason and he was very helpful and understanding. I finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. I am very much looking forward to the upcoming process.
