Service was good, Karina did a good job. What frustrated me, and this wasn't Karina's fault, was that the initial people I worked with made it seem like I had a case, but the reality was that I wasn't even close to having a case. However, I suppose they wanted my $5-6K anyway. Be real upfront. This is a five-star for Karina only; the overall process is 2-star
