I used to put 5 stars because I trusted the company to handle the debt issue. But as I kept doing research about the tax relief companies like Alleviate, they're very sketchy behind the scenes. Making you wait so long and very expensive payment. In the contracts it states that they don't even guarantee that your debts will get cleared making you pay more than what you owe. People don't fall for sweet words. I fell for Christian D. thinking he was on my side but I was wrong. I wish I could take back the 5 star. Don't get desperate, keep calm, search for help and pray. I really thought this company was the answer for my prayers but now I'm so embarrassed. The tax debt was so easily handled by a different company and the transparency is like night and day between Alleviate and the other company.

The wonderful team that Alleviate Tax put together for me was amazing. Chistopher Maes was the Quarterback who organized the resolution of my tax situation that was such a challenge in my life. Christopher put me at ease immediately and offered a remarkable game plan for me to resolve my tax issues.

These jerks have been bothering me ALL DAY, first by texting me, then by calling me, then by emailing me. Are they going to start banging on my door? They say I "filled out a form" to get help from them. I never ever cpntacted them about anything. I've read they actually help people??? To me, they are nothing but scam artists looking to get a foot in my door.
