The entire process from start to finish. Alleviate Tax made each step convenient and easy. My first phase was with Sam Ojeda. Sam brought honesty and respect knowing it’s already a worrisome dealing with taxes, behind taxes or even taxes we owe. Sam kindly and took his time explaining my situation and what to expect. He helped me understand each letter and what is required. Not only did he just help educate me but even explained what would be the better plan to solve my issue with the IRS.
