Jonathan Cortez was extraordinary! He was extremely kindhearted and listened to my story and went above and beyond to help me. He is the sole reason I went with Alleviate Tax! What an excellent representation of a caring company!

Carlos AL—- Helped me through the toughest of times. I wasn’t certain of how I would approach my last IRS report evaluation. Thanks alleviate for the quick response and for your professionalism.

I've been dealing with Jason. Still in the first fase, but he made the process very easy. Hopefully the rest of the process is just as smooth.

Stay far away. They bombard you with calls and texts as soon as you contact them. I went over my situation with them & they said they would take my case. I had some questions about how they could help and how much it would cost. His answers were either vague or he would try to redirect the conversation. When I said that I had to get off of the phone he tried to pressure me into signing a power of attorney and making a payment. Finally I had to firmly say no and hang up the phone . After that the texts and calls were constant. The person handling the case actually texted me, "Why don't you want to better yourself". People who have good intentions don't harass and shame people.

I was with Jonathan on the phone for almost an hour. I felt immediate relief from the tax burden imposed by the IRS. I had a previous conversation with Emily and it was such a pleasure and joy to talk to her as well. Definitely a 5 star company and I recommend their services to anyone struggling with taxes.
