It is worth pointing out that your reaction to certain allergens can change overtime and so I am not sure when you did the previous allergy test but it is likely there has been some change. The email contains a link to complete and download your digital test submission form. You simply need to print this barcode form and return this to us along with your hair sample. All instructions on how to take, package, and where to send your sample can be found on the test submission form.
