Helpful Chat Experience
The representative that assisted, Casey, was very helpful. I had placed the order, but had not received any forms or instructions after a few days. Casey was able to send me links directly to the forms so that I can get my hair samples sent off so I can get my results back. I am hopeful that the results from the sensitivity test will give me some insight into my health challenges.

I've used this company several times…
I've used this company several times for myself and my son to help monitor our food sensitivities as we have digestive issues. The tests are spot on. The customer service is great too as my last order I had an issue with a submission and being able to download the form and Blake helped me and was so helpful and quick and knew just what I needed. I'll continue to use them as the tests are spot on, so easy to do, affordable and yhe service is great.

Customer Service was very helpful
Customer Service was very helpful. I ordered my tests and did not realize I needed to store the order email in order to register once I receive the test. I reached out via chat and Cameron was very helpful in recovering my information to obtain the Order number. I was able to register my tests and proceed with the process.
