Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service! I was very confused as to how to proceed with a re-test as my original test was a gift from my brother. Jordan walked me through every step of the process in an extremely kind, patient, and competent fashion! It was delightful to be able to have a personal assistant helping me navigate complicated waters! Keep up the GREAT work, Jordan, and thank you SO much!!!

Great customer service
Great customer service. I interacted with Avery via LiveChat who was polite and friendly and answered my questions efficiently. Refreshing to be able to speak to a real agent as opposed to a chatbot that keeps you waiting and is never able to provide a real, detailed answer.

Suspisions confirmed about gluten and lactose intolerance
Thank you Elliot for sending through my results! Really pleased with the service and it has confirmed a lot of reasons for my health problems at the moment. I sent off this test to check to see if I was intolerant to Lactose and Gluten as I have for the past few months eliminated these from my diet and I am feeling better. This test confirms my suspisions and also states lots of other materials I am sensitive too including a certain tree! which is very true! could'nt be happier with my results thank you again!
