Customer service is a 5 star. However, test results take weeks.
Customer service is a 5 star. Polite and quick to answer questions. However the service itself leaves much to be desired. If you are just looking for a baseline test result and in no hurry, well this may be ok. If you are looking for a reasonably quick result, this is not it. I mailed my sample priority mail which took 3 days to be delivered. Then it goes to the UK, which can take another 15 or so days, and once they get it you are talking another week or more to get the results.

Hi Linda, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you did you did not have a good experience. All test samples are shipped from our US office three times a week, with samples arriving at our UK lab within 3 days on a tracked delivery. Upon receipt, all samples are tested within 5 business days, but often much sooner. We hope this helps.
