Inaccurate results & long wait time
Inaccurate results, better to go to the doctor and get tested in person. From the time I gave the sample to the time I got the result was 3 weeks. I paid extra money to get the result faster, you also have to pay to send back your sample in an envelope they give you. After a bit of research I regretted buying this test, online allergy and intolerance tests are highly inaccurate and NOT backed by science and research as they falsely claimed on their website. It is quite controversial that they stated this on their website. The results stated I am allergic to peanuts, hazlenut and rice, which made me laugh since I eat rice almost every day with zero reaction, I also have peanut butter and hazlenut with no reaction. I bought 2 kits (for myself and husband), trusting what they said on the website was true. It was not cheap and I am upset.

Massive Scam
I have not received my blood test results despite being told it takes 5 to 7 business days from receiving the samples. I used express post so that I could track when my test was received by you. Also, I cannot log in to the app despite having an account & being able to log in to that on a desktop computer. Once logged into the account on desktop, there is nowhere that results are available either. Then I decided to read reviews about this company, only to find that you are a massive scam.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and for any frustration caused. Unfortunately, we cannot see your sample arriving in the lab, which may be contributing to the delay. We would happily send out another kit straight away and deeply apologise for the inconvenience. Additionally, we’ve noted the issues with logging into the app and viewing your results, and we will investigate this further. I’ve already asked my team to reach out via email to you to resolve these concerns immediately. We value your trust and are committed to making this right. Please know that your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to support you throughout this process. Best regards, Usman Allergy Test
