This is insane! Dont believe anything they comment! They said i ordered it in January, i ordered it in May. They said they responded to my emails, they did not (yes i even checked my spam folder every day). They said their records show i sent in my samples, when i never did. I TRIED cancelling the order the same day i made it. They are liars. This is a scam.

Received a rapid prostate test without buffer agent to do test. Customer service rep Rob whom I communicated with said they would send me another test ASAP. So assuming it arrives as was told I give a big thumbs up for the quick response and action taken to resolve my issue. Update: like I said in original review if item arrives then all good. 3 weeks later and no new replacement test. Rob had originally told me 5-6 days. No email or anything saying new test was sent. Other than Rob told me one would be. Well haven't received it so very disappointed. Update 5-12-22 Okay so someone asked me to submit more information. There was 4 categories. I gave 3. Because I don't have the reference number. I never ever do reviews. Only did this one because at first I was thrilled because I thought I was out of luck for receiving a package without buffer. Package wasn't even sealed. Do all packages come that way. Your telling me you can't find a record of my online chat with Rob. With my name birth date and phone number. I don't believe it. Plus you wrote here that a manager had resolved this issue. Does resolve mean doing nothing? If it's because I didn't write my reference number down can't you look me up other ways like my order number. Didn't write ref number down. Because everything was great except everything that Rob told me ,like sending a new test kit didn't happen. So it's not great. But to be honest. Not sure what is going on. Nobody emailed me or told me of a resolution. Other than you have posted it's been resolved. That's just bad communication.

Don´t fall for this bad company. They will take your money and then go silent on you. I waited over a year for answere about my test, and nothing. Now they wont pay me back my money. They are not serious, they are just fake! I wouldn´t give them any stars but I had to but one up to get to the next level

Not credible and highly suspicious. My sister and I took the same test. She got Lactose 85%, while I got zero on lactose!! We are both highly sensitive, have lactose intolerance and can't tolerate milk products. We have a blood test to prove it. They won't give me a refund b/c they are trying to get out of it with technicalities such as; "Lactose intolerance and sensitivity are different things...we don't test for lactose intolerance." Then why did my sister score a high Lactose 85% on hers??? Don't believe this scam. They are playing with ppl's lives and telling them nonsense things that they can't tolerate. It's all fake. Their customer service is arguing with me - instead of giving me a refund. I am clearly dissatisfied. Even though I have sent them my sisters results and asked them 4 times to explain to me, why I didn't get a Lactose result on my test, they are still ignoring me. Don't buy this test! It's fake. Go to your doctor instead.

Beställde testet i april. En månad senare chattade jag med dem eftersom jag fortfarande inte hört något. Fick då svaret att det står på kö för att testas, att de skulle lokalisera mitt prov och höra av sig 2-3 dagar senare. 3 veckor efter det hörde jag av mig igen, då sa dem att de inte fått något prov och att jag skulle skicka det igen. Gjorde det, hörde av mig ett bra tag senare och de hade inte fått det provet heller. Hade mejlkontakt där jag föreslog att jag kunde skicka spårbart och fick som svar att det kunde jag - till England. Förstår inte varför jag inte kan skicka det till Stockholm eftersom det är det man ska göra. Svarade att jag är trött på det här och vill ha pengarna tillbaka - inget svar. Skickade ett nytt mejl, skrev ner hela historien och ville ha pengarna tillbaka (uppenbarligen har de slarvat bort ett prov). Nu svarar de helt plötsligt inte längre. Beställ inte från allergytest!!!!

Tog flera månader innan jag fick svar. Och sen vet jag inte om jag litar på resultatet heller.. Hade grov c-vitamin brist vilket låter misstänksamt då jag äter mkt frukt och grönt. Hade även folatbrist men på blodprov ligger jag inom referens. Känner inte att jag kan lita på resultatet och kan därför inte rekommendera denna produkt.

Jag har väntat jättelänge på… Jag har väntat jättelänge på resultatet. Det står att man inom 7 dagar ska få svar men jag har nu väntat i 1 månad. Och testet har inte ens levererats till labbet än. ( tydligen ska man få ett Mail när det kommit fram till England, så jag får förmodligen vänta en månad till ) Skitbesviken

DON'T TRUST THIS SERVICE. I ordered the allergy blood test in November with expedited shipping/results. It is now March. I have been in touch with customer service back and forth for over a month and have repeatedly been promised that "the lab has my results" and "they will resend them/re-export them to me immediately". This has never happened, despite repeated attempts to contact and faithful checking of spam/junk folders, nor is it available via my account on the website. Now, after demanding a refund for over 2 weeks, I am still being met with the same responses of "oh you don't want a refund, we will resend the results." Further, no matter what time of day I call, I am told I am first in line but that "phone lines are no longer available." I am beginning to think the customer service is not real people or that this service is a scam. Please do not waste your money.
