Worst in customer service. These people are the absolute worst in the entire industry. I will never fly allegiant again. Trip flex is a worthless waste of money. Asked for help modifying flight. They quoted me an obnoxious high price - higher than website showed and when I pointed it out the rude rep told me to modify it myself. 4 different people - 3 very rude and one dropped the call before finishing the change. I'd rather pay more with a classier airline than ever deal with this bottom dweller, no substance, useless unhelpful folks type of airline ever again. They really should not be in business.

Our first flight was amazing!! It was our daughters first airplane flight! Every other flight after that has been delayed for HOURS. We fly out of Clarksburg to Sanford/Orlando numerous times per year. The summer flights are always at night and an 8pm flight usually doesn’t depart until 11pm if not later. Always “weather related”. We use Allegiant only because it’s easy and the closest airport to us. We always plan for delays. Every flight has been fine, just the delays are awful. If you book at the airport instead of online it’s cheaper. No idea why. One final thing, if you need to call customer service, which I did one time, the hold time is 3-4 hours if you get a call back. I never did, I just dealt with it at the airport which was easy enough.

This is the worst airline ever. They are ruining Suncountry which has been one of my favorites. I will do everything in my power to fly other airlines. Allegiant you should be embarrassed!!!!!

Always late or delayed flights. Just be prepared to spend an extra day on vacation if you book with this company.

Great flight. Left on time. Staff at check in were amazing and upgraded me to extra legroom for free. The flight attendant Ronnie was a gem. Good people don’t get recognized enough. He’s a great human and Allegiant is lucky to have him

I messaged back office to add my pre check to my ticket they proceeded to uncheck me in and not allow me recheck in. They directed my to go to ticketing to the back of a 2 hour line to get checked in my flight will be in the air. Thanks for making getting to a funeral more stressful. Not to mention the way they ended the chat with Happy to help have a wonderful day. That woman deserves to be fired.

My flight was delayed bc the captain flew overtime and started going and then we stayed still for about thirty minutes and then we finally made it to the gate to meet with the captains. I wanna go to sleep with my stuffed animals😴👀 I’m so young and shoild have a good experience.
