I've suffered with PCOS for years. I've been told that I am exaggerating, that I just need to lose weight, and magically my symptoms will disappear. My care team at Allara makes me feel listened to. They are eager to answer questions, and they work with me to make small adjustments that work best for me. My quality of life has improved so much since I started with Allara 1 year ago. I'm excited to see where I am a year from now.
