I’m so excited to get on the right regiment! It’s unbelievable how just changing a few things can change so much. I was always confused on what vitamins to take what food to eat. No one ever took my blood then read and seen what I needed in my whole life! I have been to a ton of different doctors in my lifetime too. It’s really saving me money in the long run. All the vitamins I use to take and didn’t need. I’m so happy about Allara I tell everyone I know. Going through pre-menopause isn’t as confusing and scary to me with your help.

It’s been about 6 months and everything has changed. Allara has a dedicated admin team, great providers, AND takes insurance. I’m finally able to get care for all of my health concerns more holistically. I had hit a wall with my efforts seeing local providers and struggled to have proper testing done. Finally someone who actually takes my concerns seriously and is willing to get to the bottom of things.

I've worked with Allara for a few years now and have had great experiences with all of the providers! They medical and customer support staff are all easy to reach and very responsive.

Ariel is always so comforting, and creates a space for vulnerability and laughter! She holds your hand as she works alongside you and always helps create a space for growth that feels safe, encouraging, and full of joy!

Finally feeling empowered! For years I knew I 'might' have PCOS but was told not to worry about it until I wanted kids. That means years of not feeling 100% and taking care of myself the way I could have. With Allara and my diagnosis with PCOS, I've been able to identify easy and manageable lifestyle changes to alleviate the symptoms of PCOS in the immediate term.

I have been with Alara Health for about 1.5 months. I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Bokhari and she is awesome. She listens carefully and makes me feel like I am not alone. She also is so friendly and personable! I have also had 1 appointment with Andrea Burgett, a dietitian. She was quick to send me a link for a needed test and I am waiting for my results for a second appointment with her, but she also is very personable and listens to the smallest details.
