This gives me access to doctors that would normally be hard to get into. On top of that, these doctors are understanding of and familiar with the issues that are affecting women, such as PCOS, that other doctors do not understand or care about. I feel heard and understood and it gives me hope maybe I can start to tackle my health issues and feel better.

My care provider was fantastic. She's absolutely brilliant, listens, and explains in great detail. After years of suffering and wondering, I finally received the diagnosis I thought I had. I feel vindicated. My care plan has a complete strategy, and I'm excited for next steps.

Kourtney was very helpful. She didn't judge me for anything I told her and she gave helpful advice and talked about my goals. Her and I have the same view point about baby steps which is nice as well. Overall a great person.😊

My first appointment with Dr. Gibson was excellent. I felt truly heard, and I really appreciated how she took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. I feel confident and optimistic about the journey ahead. One thing I especially loved was the detailed notes she left afterward. I usually forget a lot of what’s discussed during doctor visits—whether because everything feels rushed or it’s just hard to process it all at once. With Allara, everything is documented: the doctor's notes (highlighting all the key points), the plan to follow, and clear next steps. It really makes you feel supported and reassured that they’re there for you every step of the way. I'm hopeful for my next appointments. P.S.: She speaks Spanish, so it's great for me since that is my first language.

I truly look forward to every appointment I have with my OBGYN and nutritionist. I'm feeling so much better, and lots of my insulin-resistant symptoms are disappearing.
