How amazing to connect with medical professionals that ACTUALLY "get" women's health and give you their undivided attention. I feel heard and understood like never before in the healthcare setting. Not to say my other clinicians were not good. They were/are, but the system as it is now does not facilitate the time you need or the expertise with women's health issues. What a breath of fresh air! I finally feel like I have a true, individualized plan and clinicians invested in optimizing my health. I'm feeling very hopeful after years of hitting dead ends.

I chose Allara because their mission to revolutionize women’s healthcare strongly resonated with me. Unfortunately, the care I received did not reflect that mission. The provider I saw barely greeted me, spent most of the appointment focused on her computer, and showed little interest in understanding my health history or concerns. It felt impersonal and dismissive—no different (and in some ways worse) than traditional care models I was hoping to avoid. To make matters worse, I received a $120 charge without any advance notice. I had understood that I would only owe a specialist copay through my insurance. While I accept that I could have reviewed my coverage more thoroughly, I also believe that cost transparency is a key part of building patient trust—and Allara fell short. I did contact Allara to express my concerns. After a few weeks, they offered a free visit with another provider. While I appreciate the gesture, I chose not to return, as the experience had already eroded my trust in their care model. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Allara and will be advising others to explore other options. Their mission sounds empowering, but in practice, my experience was impersonal, poorly communicated, and disappointing.

She was understanding and gave me great tips to help with my insulin and iron and just all around very informative

My dietician appointment was informative and supportive while being honest and direct about expectations which I greatly appreciate so much. I also want to say that I love the recipes on this site. I have tried the Mediterranean grain salad and it is amazing with tahini

Doctors that take women's health seriously! I just had my first appointment with my doctor and discussed my concerns with my reproductive and hormonal health. She listened, provided feedback, provided suggestions and recommendations, and I'm going to get labs and an ultrasound done now. Never had I gotten any sort of movement from other doctors before. I'm hopeful that whatever I'm dealing with will finally be named so I can target exactly how to tackle it.

The providers are very thorough, caring, didn't miss a detail of every word I spoke and was fast at suggesting possible causes and solutions to every symptom. I felt heard and for the first time I felt my symptoms were not just brushed under the carpet or labeled as anxiety. Hormones do take a toll on women's wellbeing and can affect every aspect of our daily like and Allara is making us whole again.

I love my time with Casey. She helps me refocus and not give up!
