My PCP has always told me my labs are normal and he has no concerns. I brought up several concerns and never felt heard. My experience so far with Allara and Dr. Tracy have been great! I had an very in-depth lab order done and Dr. Tracy provided recommendations and next steps. I felt like she listened to my concerns and has given me hope to improve my health. I've also been working with Miranda on my nutrition and am already feeling better with the changes I have made. Simple changes have already made a difference in how I feel!

I would give 5 stars to the doctor that was assigned to me. I was extremely hopeful and relieved to finally be seen. However, I was told that my insurance "covered" the visits, committed to 2 visits and was waiting on a nutritionist - when i was advised that my insurance did NOT in fact cover the cost - $120 PER visit (virtual, not in person) - and they auto drafted from my card. I feel a baited, then switched. Super disappointed.

Elena is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and kind. She completely validated my current experience and provided amazing solutions that fit perfectly with my lifestyle and preferences. I cannot express enough how great my appointment was. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her.

I love my care team! My dietitian is Ariel B., and her guidance has really helped me shift my lifestyle. We work through plans together, and tailor them to what feels manageable based on my schedule, interests, and goals. She provides links to products I should try and recipes when I need them, and goes the extra mile to help me. My NP is Tatiana S., and she has been great as well. My bloodwork revealed some health areas I needed to address outside of the reasons I initially joined the program, so I am glad she was able to catch those things and make recommendations. Since I've joined a few months ago, I'm finally losing weight and starting to sleep better. I've even seen an improvement in my mood regulation and skin. My care team is the absolute best, I am grateful for them both and for the Allara program.

I love that this company utilizes everything that western medicine has to offer while ensuring that all underlying medical issues are not left unturned and left out of your treatment plan. My case has been reviewed and treated with the level of care that it deserves. Every single one of my concerns are addressed and answered with no judgement. I cannot recommend them enough. Dietitian also works with you on your health holistically, including sleep, stress, exercise goals.

I had a Tele a health visit in 8/6 at 845 am. Doc was so nice and let me explain my concerns and what I was looking for. She then tells me to send my most recent labs (12/24) she will order labs based off what she sees and figure out what else if any other labs need to be done. She also informed me to fast before labs and do labs on day 2-5 of my menstrual cycle. I sent labs right away and I as of today still haven’t received lab work. I am having to keep writing messages since my visit. Then I get a response today telling me the doc I saw will be out until September?!! What!!!! She asked me if I wanted to schedule with another provider. Why would I do that after giving all my information to this provider. Like seriously?! So unprofessional!! 1. Why wasn’t something said and 2. I am getting ready to start my cycle and I need labs ASAP! Now I have to wait another month before I can see the same doc and still have no labs done and also having to wait again for my cycle. I am so upset!!! So my insurance is being billed for what?!?!

Ariel is amazing! Warm, knowledgeable and a great listener. Since seeing her, I have felt incredibly positive about the direction my diet and overall wellbeing is going in. Im confident I’m going to reach all my goals under her care as well as Dr. Tara.
