I enjoy my provider and nutritionist at Allara, Candace and Claire, they are very knowledgeable and really make me feel heard. Candace gave me so much information regarding fertility and my habits, she added some supplements that I started taking to improve my sleep and I am already feeling much better after a few weeks. With Claire, she gave me SOOOO many meal ideas, that fit my busy schedule. I am so happy with their care.

They tell you their services are covered by insurance with no co pay and then bill you crazy amounts of money for a 5 minute tela health appointment that provides no help. Update to add that they are charging beyond copays, my standard co pay is $25 for in network and $50 for our of network and they charge me $169 and change.

I been living in the USA for 12 years! Having the most traumatizing and horrorifc experiences! This is the first time I feel seen and HEARD! I been struggling whit my health the past 3 years so I'm hopeful it all is going to be alright!

So far I’ve seen an Ob/gyn and a dietitian. Both were kind and helpful, listened well, and seemed knowledgeable. They billed insurance which paid at my expected in-network rate and there have been no hidden costs. It’s easy to navigate their website to make appointments and send messages. Great service!

So I have been struggling with menopause for about 2 years now. I saw a lot of HRT videos on TikTok, but unfortunately, none of them took my insurance (which I have really good insurance). On top of all that, finding an HRT doctor for menopause in my area is a JOKE! My doctor (family practice) just referred me to specialists (who are 2 to 3 hours away) and, for whatever reason, hasn't tested my hormone levels since 2022. When I would call the specialists, the soonest appointment was a minimum of 6 mos out or longer. I had tried signing up for many of the TikTok menopause places, but unfortunately, they would not take any insurance, and some felt like they were AI-generated. Just as I was about to give up hope like many women tend to do, an Allara Health video came across my TikTok that caught my attention. The woman said, "Listen up, my menopause ladies, this company takes your insurance". I literally clicked away, signed up, and selected my telehealth appointment. I again was skeptical, but the fact I was prompted for my insurance card, made me feel a little better. So I just had my first visit, and the doctor gave me her undivided attention, listened to me, was on time, and even sent in labs and a prescription. I thought, this is too good to be true? Well I can tell you within 30 minutes, I got a text my medicine was ready for pick up. I will pick it up tomorrow to see what my costs are and in high hopes the good insurance I have, I pay the minimum. Now, as far as the labs, I did have to do my own scheduling with Lab Corp (which I have an account already), which can set someone back from going to the lab ASAP; however, I am hopeful. I did make my appointment; however, the lab requests weren't in my portal yet. I am in high hopes they will be there tomorrow, as my appointment was after hours. The doctor explained to me everything she was ordering from the labs and what it entailed. What I appreciated is that she explained everything from the cream prescription to the labs, and when I meet again with her in 3 weeks, she will review the labs and create an HRT plan for me to start feeling like myself again. I am in high hopes of getting my hormones back on track.
