I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Allara. Their communication has been slow and unclear, and it’s taken days just to get a proper explanation about something as basic as their pricing. They advertise that if insurance is accepted, costs could be as low as $0, and that the monthly fee without insurance is $119. Yet I was charged $166 with insurance, and no one has been able to explain why. I reached out three days ago with simple questions, and all I’ve received are the same copy-and-paste responses: “we’ve reached out to our billing team for an explanation of benefits. We’ll follow up with an update as soon as we have more information.” I’ve received that exact message twice, with no actual answer. It’s really frustrating to be left without transparent information. I expected much better support, clarity, and responsiveness. The only positive thing so far is the doctor I’m scheduled with, but even then, having to wait a month for a second appointment is also disappointing. At this point, I cannot recommend their service.

I love Allara! My primary care provider is amazing. She listens to my concerns and cares about my health and wellbeing. She is available to answer my questions on the chat and I am very grateful for that chat!!

Meghan is consistently kind, welcoming, professional, and so relatable. She celebrates even the smallest wins, without making you feel bad at ALL if you have any inconsistencies. I've never felt more heard and respected just from the get-go, I don't have to worry about anything with her. Her advice has been super manageable and she's always willing to adjust goals with so much grace. She gets the feeling, she's not going to make you feel guilty, she's always proud of you, deeply kind and responsive, super organized.

Meagan knew what to prioritize at the moment and created a great plan for me. She's always so empathetic and kind! I feel that I have a great baseline to help me navigate. Thank you!
