I had my initial appointment with my provider as well and my first nutrition coach appointment and I’m finally feeling like I have a way forward that makes sense. I have autoimmune and dietary challenges on top of what I’m trying to accomplish with my health and hormones and all areas were addressed. Can’t wait to continue on this path!

I love Allara. Its great for women that are busy on the go and dont have time to go to an appointment. You can do in the comfort of your own home. I explained my symptoms and concerns and they heard me out and get extensive lab work to find out how my hormones are affected. Also the nutritionist was very help. She was very thorough when explain to me the way we women should feed our bodies to help with hormones and health.

Do not, I repeat, do not sign up for Allara Health. They kept on charging to my credit card even though I canceled their services for months. I used a different credit card when I signed up and they managed to make a frivolous charge to my new credit card. I contacted their billing department and they did not reply to me. This company is a total fraud!

I really like the providers and the care I've received so far!
